36 - Sales Engineer

During our interview Ton Geubbels told us he has been working for Vanderlande for ten years. At first, he studied Applied Physics at the University of Technology Eindhoven, but that was not the right fit so he switched to Mechanical Engineering. Before he even finished his study he already was offered a job at Vanderlande and he started working there as soon as he graduated.

The first job he had at Vanderlande was in the Engineering department. Ton only worked there for one year because he did not like this job. Then, he worked in the Simulation department, which consists of making computer models of different systems. Right now, Ton is working as a Sales Engineer, this job contains a lot of deliberating to costumers and working behind a computer.
